SC Midlands Summit

You probably already use a variety of different tech tools in your classroom but are your students learning how to use those tools for creation, communication, and global collaboration? In this session, we’ll talk about practices for using technology with young students and explore some open-ended apps for creating ebooks, animations, stories, and movies. You will have a chance to create a plan for how to use these tools to move from basic communication through digital mediums to creating digital projects that your students can share with authentic, global audiences. If possible, please bring a tablet to play with some apps/tools during the session.
